Our mission is to help shape the next generation of young professionals in the industries we inhabit. As such, we pledge to provide the resources and support you need to establish a solid foundation for your career.
If accepted, you will gain invaluable experience and regular face time with leaders in various industries related to property management, development, construction, affordable housing, commercial real estate and much more. You’ll be encouraged to FTO (Forget the Ordinary) and TLO (Think Like an Owner) – this means stepping out of your comfort zone, cultivating meaningful relationships, and understanding what it means to contribute to an award-winning team.
